Our warehouses take extra precautions when shipping your order, including working in smaller teams and maintaining social distancing. Due to our new policies and procedures to protect our fulfillment team during the pandemic, your order may be delayed 3-5 days. Thank you very much for your patience.


Where do you ship from?

The gitfe team works with the world's top manufacturers to bring the best value and high quality products to our customers. So your order can be shipped from anywhere in China, India, Vietnam, etc. Rest assured, your package will be handled with the utmost care thanks to our partnership with major shipping companies such as USPS, EMS, YUNEXPRESS, and more.

When will my order be shipped?

After placing your order, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your order.

We will start processing your order 6 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 3-5 days. During periods of high volume or crisis, processing time may take an additional 2-4 days.

Once shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to let you know it is on the way. Note that sometimes tracking information may take longer than 24 hours to appear.

*Some orders may be shipped in multiple parts, if your order has been shipped in splits, you will receive multiple delivery emails.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All standard USPS, YUNEXPRESS shipments usually arrive within 7-15 business days.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We only accept returns for damaged or defective items. These returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of the product. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

For issues not related to quality, such as item no longer needed, wrong size or color ordered, we are happy to provide size/color exchange within 7 days of the order delivery date.

We accept the order to cancel the order within 6 hours after successful payment.
