Order processing time:
After placing your order, you will receive an email notification confirming that we have received your order. We will process your order 6 hours after successful payment. Order processing usually takes 1-2 days. During a high volume or crisis, processing time may take an additional 2-4 days.
Once shipped, you will be notified by email and can log into our website or app for real-time tracking. Please note that some orders may be sent using multiple packages. In these cases, you will receive multiple emails and tracking numbers.
